We are seeking a qualified candidate interested in joining our multidiscipline ACT Team at our Bridgeville, Delaware location.This position will work in c! ollaboration with Psychiatrist, Case Managers, Nurses and Ment! al Health Specialist providing rehabilitation and support functions, assist in treatment and to provide substance abuse services along with support and consultation to families.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in social work, psychology, rehabilitation or counseling.
Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) or Certified Co-Occurring Disprder Professional (CCDP) preferred.
Knowledge of mental health systems and supports.
Knowledge of systems and supports for substance abusers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a focused team.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Possess a valid drivers livense with an acceptable driving record.
