We are seeking a qualified candidate interested in joining our multidiscipline ACT Team at our Bridgeville location. This position will work in collaboration with Psychiatrists, Nurses and Cas! e Managers providing rehabilitation and support functions, ass! ist in treatment and to provide substance abuse services along with support and consultation to families.
Requirements:
Doctoral or Masters degree in psychology, counseling, social work, nursing or rehabilitation with three (3) years clinical/administrative experience in providing community support services to adults with psychiatric disabilities.
Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), or Certified Co-Occurring Disorder Professional (CCDP) preferred.
Knowledge of mental health systems and supports.
Knowledge of support systems for substabnce abusers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a focused team.
Possess avalid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
