RN â€" MSN - Clinical Nurse Educators - MAGNET STATUS HOSPITAL A local and highly recognized Hospital Health System is currently seeking Clinical Nurse Educators to add to their growing team of professional and seasoned Clinical Nurse Educators. The ideal candidate would have AT LEAST 3-5 years of clinical experience in the area of specialty. The ideal candidate will also have experience as a nurse educator, preferably in both the classroom AND at the bedside. The Clinical Nurse Educator is responsible for orientation, education and training of all NEW employees, ongoing education and training of existing employees- keeping everyone up to date on certifications, policies etc, - Also responsible for being a part of the system wide training and committee, participating in projects within health systems, active role in implementing and educating staff on new programs and competencies Current Nurse Educator Positions: Clinical Nurse Educator â€" Women's Services Bachelors degree and Masters degree is REQUIRED- one of the two degrees must be in nursing. 3-5 years of clinical experience in women's health is desired At least 1 year of nurse educator experience CNS women's health requiredClinical Nurse Educator â€" Med/Surg Bachelors degree and Masters degree is REQUIRED- one of the two degrees must be in nursing. 3-5 years of clinical experience in Med/Surg is required At least 1 year of nurse educator experience preferred CNS in Med/Surg is requiredClinical Nurse Educator â€" Recovery Room Bachelors degree and Masters degree is REQUIRED- one of the two degrees must be in nursing. 3-5 years of clinical experience in Recovery Room/PACU At least 1 year of nurse educator experience CNS in Recovery Room or PACU required This is full time salaried position. Day shift schedule with flexible hours. Salary rates are competitive and based on years of experience and can range from $90K-$125K.
