Full-time position with variable schedule. Womens Health Pavilion. BSN Required CPR Required NRP Required. Masters degree preferred; advanced certification in specialty area preferred. 3-5 years experience as a staff RN in the area of specialty. Coodinates and/or conducts both didactic and clinical orientation and continuing education of nursing staff within assigned area (s). Trains, supports, and mentors preceptors to effectively orient new staff members. Collaborates with the multidisciplinary team to meet educational needs of staff in order to promote quality patient outcomes. Presents and/or coodinates unit based in services which follow educational principles and process. Demonstrates advanced clinical and communication skills.
