- 3+ Years of DON Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities
- Delaware Licensure
- Minimum of ADN Required
- BLS Certification
The ideal candidate for this job would be a Registered Nurse who has worked in clinically for 5 years in an acute care / hospital environment. Additionally, they would have 3+ years of Director of Nursing experience and would have a strong experience with the geriatric population. The individual would have excellent communication & leadership skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced facility. This DON would be a strong leader and build a solid team healthcare ! professional that provide outstanding patient care. They would! have a valid nursing license in good standing along with all current certifications required.
