Christiana Care Health System is currently recruiting for a Nurse Manager of our 18 bed Neuro ICU at Christiana Hospital. We have a cohesive Nursing Team who serve pa! tients with a multidisciplinary approach. The Nurses on this unit work with neuro patients. We are the only medical center in the state of Delaware to receive verification as a Level 1 Trauma center. In this role you will assume 24 hour accountability and responsibility for excellence in the clinical practice of nursing and the delivery of patient care in a Neuro ICU Unit within Christiana Care Health Services.Requirements: -Qualified applicant will possess a BSN and Master's Degree or completion of Master's degree within 1-year of hire. -Board Certification in area of specialty-5 years of progressive leadership experience.EOE
