We are searching for a Sr. Medical Claims Examiner on a 3 month co! ntract opportunity with a leading Insurance company in Wilmington, DE 19809
Description:
In this position the selected Medical Claims Examiner will review, evaluate, and process insurance claims as well as making recommendations for claim resolution.
- Handle first 90 days of claims â€" determines AOE/COE issues
- Processing TD and PD payments and handling non litigated medical only claims
- Communicating with agents, claimants, and policy holders
Bachelor’s degree
6+ years experience in processing medical claims
Strong oral and communication skills
Computer proficiency â€" MS Word, Office, and Excel
