Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Description: M/M Recruitment Group is hiring Primary Care Nurse Practitioner right now, this position will be placed in Delaware. We are desiring a Nurse Practitioner preferably with at least a couple of years experience in primary care outpatient. Might also ask the NP to help us at the nursing homes but do! es not have to have NH experience.
- Nurse Practitioner Certification as an Adult, Family, IM or Geriatric Nurse Practitioner from either the ANCC or AANP required.
- Minimum of 1 year NP experience.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with elderly and chronically ill patients and families.
- Basic knowledge of computers and cell phones
