Heartland Hospice Services of Newark DE has an immediate need for a Full-time Hospice Staff Development Coordinator.
Responsible for staff orientation and educational training. Assures compliance with agency standards and state and federal laws. Educational Requirements: Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse(RN). BS Degree in Nursing preferred, CHPN certification preferred for Hospice. Position Requirements: Minimum of two years experience in providing medical,oncology, home health care or hospice nursing preferred. Previous educaiton/performance improvement experience preferred.
