Position Summary: As a member of the Assertive Community Treatment Team the NP is qualified in the mental health profession, and possesses the clinical skills and experience to assess, plan, develop, coordinate a! nd provide psychiatric treatment, and rehabilitation for adults with severe and persistent mental illness. The NP works in conjunction with the Team leaders, team members and state director.
Initially 10 hours per week. Community delivered throughout New Castle County, DE.
