Long term care facility in southern Delaware has a need for an experienced nursing department staff (C.N.A. and nurses) scheduler . This is a! n immediate need position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: creating staffing schedules for nursing department that adhere to company standards and overtime control, ensuring staffing levels adequately meet PPD guidelines at all times, maintain related documentation, preparing various related reports, maintain attendance record for D.O.N., and participation in weekly Vacancy/Staffing meeting.
Selected candidate must have excellent communication abilities, computer experience including Word and Excel, timekeeping system, and ability to maintain confidentiality. Long Term Care (nursing home) scheduling experience and minimum of 2 yrs nursing staff (C.N.A. and nurses) scheduling experience required. This position may require an occasional weekend or holiday to complete pay period/payroll end processing.
