Qualified can! didates must have at least 3 years of recent pediatric inpatient hospital experience, critical care preferred.

To keep pace with the changing health care env! ironment and build a healthier future for our children, Nemour! s has embarked on a multi-phase expansion to create a children's hospital like no other in the region. Upon completion in June 2014, the hospital will include private patient rooms, a new Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, and a new expanded Emergency Department.
We are looking for experienced pediatric nurses with a min. of 3 years Med Surg and/or Critical Care experience of pediatric nursing experience. Must be flexible to work on different units during their shift.
We are primarily looking for evening shift, and night shift with weekend coverage at this time. Limited day shifts are available.
Eligibility
Graduates of accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred.
Minimum of 3-years pertinent acute pediatric medical/surgical nursing experience or pediatric critical care nursing experience.
Current Delaware licensure.
Required certification.
Internal applicants must have worked at least 1 year in there curre! nt position and been performing in a satisfactory manner during that time period.
Requirements
Successful completion of the Department of Nursing Orientation.
Demonstrates a competency-based practice as defined by the Department of Nursing, in areas of assignment.
Staffing commitment per program guidelines
Will be available to work one winter holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years) and one summer holiday (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day). The Per-Diem Pool Nurse Manager will assign the holidays based on a rotational schedule.
