General Description:
Christiana Care Health Sy! stem is currently recruiting for an Assistant Nurse Manager for the Medical ICU. This is a Full-time Day/Evening position.
Requirements: BSN required. Masters required. Candidates must possess either a Bachelors or Masters in Nursing. BSN candidates may be considered however must commit to completion of Masters program within 3 years of start date. Professional certification required. Nurse leader certification preferred. Three years appropriate clinical and leadership experience required. Demonstrated leadership competencies.
