The Director of Emergency and Trauma Services will report to the Sr.VP/CNE. The position will have total responsibility for Kent Hospital, Milford Memorial Hospital, Smyrna Freestan! ding Emergency Departments and Trauma Programs.
The individual must have an MSN, and have at least five years of emergency department experience and at least two years of management experience, preferably at the director level. Experience working with trauma is preferred. Demonstrated improvement in patient satisfaction is essential. If not ENA certified must apply in the first year of employment.
Must have certifications in specialty area.
