This position will serve as a Direct Supp! ort
Professional(DSP) in our Residential Program. The

positions primary roles are as follows:

• Implement program policy and procedure according to

program guideline.

• In conjunction with the nurse, provide the

coordination of medical support to individuals who
have scheduled appts.

• Act as a liaison with the pharmacy for ordering

medication.

• Receives all medications from the pharmacy and check

prescriptions against labels and MAR to ensure
accuracy.

• Monitor the medication administration record in

conjunction with the nurse

• Administer medication
• Maintain accurate and adequate records.
• HS Dip/GED, with 2 yrs exp working with individuals

with I/DD,

• Minimum Age requirement 18 yrs. old
• Valid Drivers license

Work Schedule: FT 34hrs
Sun - 9pm-9am
Mon! - OFF
Tues - OFF
Wed - OFF
Thurs - OFF
Fri - ! 11pm-9am
Sat - 9pm-9am
Pay Rate = $10 per hour
Req. Code : N/A
% of Travel Required : 0-10%
