RN Supervisor Every Weekend, Friday and Saturday, 3pm-7am, 32 hours per week

We are currently seeking a full time RN Supervisor for second and third shift including every weekend, Saturday and Sunday. Under the direct supervision of the Unit Manager, the RN will provide each assigned resident with excellent daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and plan of care, and as may be directed by your supervisor. As part of an interdependent team of skilled and caring people the RN must act in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Charge Nurse and/or Unit Supervisor to ensure that the highest quality of care is maintained at all times.
Requirements:
- High School Graduate
- MUST h! ave RN license
- 2+ years experience in an acute or lon! g-term care facility required
- Demonstrate knowledge of and commitment to the values of compassion, justice and respect for the dignity of all persons.
- Must have patience, tact, a positive attitude and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents.
