Position Summary: As a member of the Assertive Community
Treatment Team the NP is qualified in the mental health
profession, and possesses the c! linical skills and
experience to assess, plan, develop, coordinate and
provide psychiatric treatment, and rehabilitation for
adults with severe and persistent mental illness. The NP
works in conjunction with the Team leaders, team members
and state director.
Full time anticipated for November start.
Community delivered throughout New Castle County, DE.
Job Requirements:
- Nurse Practitioner in DE
- 2 years of MH experience preferred
- Clean valid Driver's License and reliable
FT status anticipated for a November start. Community
delivered throughout New Castle County, DE.
