DUTIES:
- Determines opportunities to engage with stakeholders on provision of additional services (include repairs), by analysing and acting on telematics and organizational data provided.
- Analyse machine fault codes to identify proactive machine maintenance or repairs.
- Provides in-depth information about available parts and service options to stakeholders, leveraging in-depth and technical understanding of Bell’s products and services.
- Advises stakeholders on warranty protections with intention of up-selling Warranty, Service Agreements, Care Packages, etc.
- Generate and distribute quotes to customers, follow-up, providing feedback with intention to close sale.
- Coordinate and liaise with workshop administrators (CSC) to book services/repairs on behalf of customers.
- Develop, build, and maintain positive stakeholder relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Responsible for preparing technical and administrative reports to track opportunities, conversion rates, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have Matric
- Technical mechanical certification (advantageous)
- Minimum of 5 years’ working as parts salesman in earthmoving machines industry.
- Understanding of ERP System SAP
- Working experience/knowledge within Bell (highly advantageous)
- Proficient in MS Office products.
- Must have a strong understanding of earthmoving technology
