ReTech Labs is looking to hire a Help Desk/User Support Technician. This role is full-time, remote in Portugal. The position is part of our support team providing useful technical assistance to our Rebotics team and our customers. This is an entry-level position.
Job Description:
Key Activities
- First point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone or email
- Documentation/tracking incoming calls from initial contact to resolution
- Perform troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
- Guide the customer through the problem-solving process
- Complete projects during slow times
- Other duties as assigned
What You will bring
- Previous experience providing customer support helpful, but not necessary
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency with English a must.
- Fluency with Spanish a plus
- Must be technically savvy and passion to learn
- Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft skills
- Ability to multitask
- Strong understanding of providing superior service to customers
- Must be eligible for Portuguese contract
