In Home Services Manager Position Summary: Under the direction of the Administrator, oversees the day-to-day operations of the In-Home Services program. Directs and supervises the In Home Services Nurse, CNAs, Non-Skilled Aides, and Scheduler. Provides supervision visits to in home services staff in the field quarterly to evaluate skill and performance. Performs initial assessment, annual reassessment and change of condition assessments of participants in their home environment and coordinates plan of care with appropriate resources. When appropriate provides treatments and health education for participants in their home as appropriate. Develops policies and procedures for all facets of the In Home Program. Education/Training/Certifications: BSN, RN License â€" DE, BCLS, Current driver’s license and proof of auto insurance. Minimum of 3 years of nursing management in a community home based setting preferred. Minimum of 1 year working with the frail or elderly.
