We are currently looking for full time and part time Occupational Therapists to support our Delaware region, specifically New Castle county, Middleton, Newark, and/or Dover patients. Fox Rehabilitation is a private practice of full-time and part-time physical therapists, occupational, and speech therapists who provide rehab services primarily in an in-home setting for the older adult community, and with recent addition of services at our skilled nursing facilities, outpatient, and pediatric settings. We help patients restore the quality of life they deserve and desire. Our focus is the rehabilitation of lives, delivered through evidence-based therapy, with innovative and proactive treatment. Fox Rehabilitation employs over 700 clinicians who provide care in 7 states. Fox was the first to deliver these services to the older population in their home under Medicare Part B, a model that permits providing the correct intensity and duration of care as indicated by need. As an Occupational Therapist / OT with Fox Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for providing the highest quality and standard of care attainable to our chosen community to achieve optimal health can functional levels within their environment. The OT will work with geriatric patient populations in DE, where the caseload will be mostly at an Assisted Living Facility with some community-based patients. This means therapists enjoy the flexibility of traditional homecare in scheduling visits directly with patients, but without all the driving home health typically involves. This allows our OTs to spend more time doing what they love - rehabilitating the lives of their patients! The Occupational Therapist position also entails the following: Patient continuity: The same therapist every visit means the opportunity to develop caring relationships that have proven to maximize what therapists can achieve! Excellent support system: Fox provides significant support for clinicians from Regional Directors, regional meetings, and assigned clinical sponsor. No 'set' number of treatments: To have lasting wellness, one must heal completely. Our services are covered under Medicare Part B.
