A skilled nursing facility has a Travel Physical Therapy job with an interdisciplinary health team consisting of Rehabilitation Physicians, Rehabilitation Nurses, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists.
Qualifications:
Graduate of a school of Physical Therapy accredited with the APTA Current Licensure as a Physical Therapist and the ability to obtain state licensure Current CPR Certification required

Job Description:
Adhere to professional, ethical and legal standards of practice. Evaluate Patients using appropriate tests, skilled professional observation and supplementary information from other agencies and records.
