• Staff Nurses without a BSN selected to fill a Clinical Coordinator position within only their existing ! unit will have 3 years from the date of assignment to complete their BSN.

One year in area of related practice.

Current licensure in DE or compact state.

Must obtain certification in specialty within 1 year of date of hire.

Basic computer literacy.

Demonstrated leadership skills i.e. Council chair, project management; relief role as a Clinical Coordinator; Ability to effectively communicate.

Knowledge of Risk Factors appropriate for individual specialty.
