Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community to ensure resident’s healthcare needs are met
- Ensuring residents are treated with respect and dignity and ensures quality care as resident’s healthcare needs change
- Directly supervising care giving and coordination of health care needs within the community
- Providing training, supervision, and monitoring of associates
- Reporting to the Health and Wellness Director
- Must have a current nu! rse license (RN or LPN) issued by appropriate state licensing agency
- Must have a minimum of one (1) year relevant experiences
- Must have basic typing skills as well as knowledge of personal computing and word processing software
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English and understand and follow written and oral instructions.
- Must have strong management and clinical skills
- Must have flexibility with schedule
- Must enjoy working with the senior population
