The Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional nursing care to patients within an assigned unit.
Professional nursing practices, requiring specialized knowledge judgment and! skill are performed using the process in accordance with hospital policy, procedure and philosophy.
Must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
Must have current licensure or eligibility from the Delaware Board of Nursing or compact state.
Must have an active CPR card from the American Heart Association (BLS).
ACLS certification required.
PALS certification required within 6 months of hire.
Must have basic Computer literacy.
Ability to effectively communicate, flexibility and ability to demonstrate good work ethics.
