Must be a Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing and possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing BSN; the preferred candidate will have a master’s degree in information systems, information technology, or related field. At least 3-5 years of hospital operations experience with program/project implementations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Access and Excel) is required Experience managing projects that successfully achieve budget and timeline goals Proven verbal and written communication skills Ability to engage in critical thinking and creative problem solving Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and interact with all levels Strong database quantitative and qua! litative analytic experience, including proficiency with manip! ulating data in Excel, Access and other database tools Responsibilities: Manages the CI program Quality and IT staff, Continually identifies, assesses, and manages enhancements to the CI information technology and databases to support CI programs and development activities.
Responsible for defining and mapping data sources for approved quality initiatives, Responsible for physician clinical integration metrics collection, and Manages relationships with vendors used to assist with CI data collection.
