RN - Nurse Manager (Cardiovascular)
(Vascular Lab, Non-Invasive, Echo, Cardiac Rehab ) RN licensed in the State of Delaware or compact state with current BLS certification. RN Management and clinical experience. Excellent communication skills and ability to relate well with people of diverse backgrounds, training and experience. Responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing cardiac and vascular testing and therapeutic services. Responsible for fiscal management, performance improvement activities, and compliance with all relevant policies/! procedures and regulations. Manages all aspects of personnel p! rocesses. Must interface with all departments as part of the management team. Responsible for oversight of Non Invasive Cardiology, Cardiac Rehab, Echocardiography and Vascular Laboratory.
