There are openings for adjunct site visitors in the Master of Science in Nursing - Nurse Practitioner Program at the Wilson Graduate Center (New Castle, DE) and Georgetown, DE locations. Applicants must be masters or doctorally prepared in Primary Care Nurse Practitioners with strong communication skills and experience in precepting or teaching at the post-secondary level. Computer skills and the ability to use MS Office software are required.

In addition to the minimum education, work-related, and computer skills, applicants are expected to:
- Understand the mission and values of Wilmington University
- Work with Nurse Practitioner students as a site visitor and mentor by completing one practicum site visit per semester and re! ading/grading all clinical notes in the online Blackboard clinical site
- Travel moderate distances to observe students at their practicum sites
- Complete grading of notes and case studies with feedback provided by the end of each month
- Share relevant work experience as a Nurse Practitioner with students in the practicum content of the course
- Complete Blackboard training
- Optionally complete the University’s 3-week Blackboard Training program to demonstrate its mastery in the classroom
