General Description:
Christiana Care, an integrated healthcare system, seeks nurses to join this specialty program at our Christiana Hospital location. This program has been devised by the nurses and physicians in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. This program allows for a smooth transition from GN to the RN role in the NIC! U nursing career path, for those candidates qualified.
GN’s who have graduated from an accredited nursing school with a GPA of 3.0 or higher. RN's with less than 12 months of experience.
Participants must pass the NCLEX and be licensed as an RN in Delaware.
This program is scheduled to begin on March 17, 2014. To apply for this program, you will need to complete the online application and submit a resume, cover letter, two clinical recommendations using the Christiana Care Reference Form, and an unofficial college transcript.
