In order to be considered for this position, candidates must reside in the North Eastern United States or Ohio, and will be working from home in a telework environment with significant travel responsibilities included as well. Preferred locations are Ohio, New York, New Hampshire, Delaware, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania.In this position, you will be joining a high performance, high energy team. The candidate must be empowered and have the ability to use creative and critical thinkin! g.POSITION SUMMARYIn this role, you will be delivering trainin! g sessions to new hires and existing staff that successfully transfers learning from the classroom back to the job in order to facilitate appropriate delivery of benefits or healthcare information to our Medicaid members. This includes providing instruction to Case Managers, Utilization Review staff (both clinical and non-clinical), Disease Management Health Coaches, and behavioral health staff as well. Since much of the training involves teaching care management systems in a virtual setting, high proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and prior experience with managed care systems and software is a must.EDUCATIONThe highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Associate's degree or equivalent experience.LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONSNursing/Registered Nurse (RN) is requiredManaged Care/Managed Healthcare Professional is desiredLearning/Teaching Credential is desiredLearning/Certified Trainer is desiredREQUIRED FUNCTIONAL EXPERIENCESFunctional -!
