Description: Presbyterian Senior Living is hiring Registered Nurse Supervisor - Hourly right now, this occupation will be located in Delaware. Further informations about this occupation opportunity please give attention to these descriptions. JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for the total care of all residents in the facility on assigned shift. This includes the supervision of personnel as well as medical activities directed by the physician. Tasks include supervision, assignment, and development of personnel, inter and intradepartmental communication, customer satisfaction, leadership, and quality assurance and quality improvement. Coordinates resident care with other departments.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Ability to instruct, direct and lead staff. Possession of a current State Professional Nurse License (RN). At least one (1) years experience in gerontological/rehabilitative nursing is preferred. Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field is preferred. Current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
