Utlizes all equipment in an appropriate manner.
Demonstrates a clear working understanding of the trea tment planning process. Initiates, reviews, and updates the treatment plan.
Communicates effectively with all staff and patients. Demonstrates good de-escalation techniques.
Maintains security of all medications. Monitors patient response to medications.
Implements seclusion/restraint procedures appropriately.
Educates patients and families as needed regarding continued care.
Demonstrates personal integrity and accountability. Contributes actively to team building.
Manages conflict and stress professionally and constructively.
Reports all incidents promptly and ensures completion of applicable paperwork.
Demonstrates good understanding of and practice of the principles of universal precautions.
