The project scientist will perform research on human embryonic stem cells (hESC), induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSC), and other biological materials. The incumbent will participate in biomedical studies including biochemical analysis, tissue culture and animal studies. Previous hands-on experience with multipotent stem cells is preferable. They works under the direct supervision of the Laboratory Faculty Supervisor, Laboratory Manager, and other laboratory personnel to oversee maintenance of hESC and iPSC in a GMP/GLP level core facility. Responsible for the maintenance of accurate records, the preparation of media and feeder cells as required to culture cells. Provide support to Faculty Supervisor, Laboratory Manager, and other laboratory personnel for preparation of SOPs.
