Responsibilities:
- Coordinating freight movement
- Excel at Customer Service
- Offer a variety of logistic services over the phone and email.
- Promote Diversified Transportation Services to potential clients
- Effective marketing and promotion of Diversified Transportation Services to potential clients
- Negotiate Rates
- Follow up with customers and providers to sell, answer questions, and offer solutions
- Act as a consultant to DTS clients
- Provide assistance to management, clients and the sales team
What we are looking for
- A team player, helpful and cooperative
- Excellent and verbal communication skills
- Solid PC/Workstation skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills
- Sales and customer service experience is/are a plus
- Ability to build rapport quickly and easily over the telephone
- Ability to handle objections
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's (Preferred, but not required)

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
