Primary Purpose of Position
Position support all facets of the business operation of a Division I athletic program. Primary responsibilities will be front-line interaction with coaching and support staff; processing and auditing travel vouchers for travel-intensive staff/teams, contract origination and review, budget reporting to Deputy AD, processing purchase orders and reconciling invoices, and document handling/filing/scanning for audit and other purposes.

Minimum Education/Experience
Required Minimum Qualifications:

Graduation from high school; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

University Preferred Qualifications:

Graduation from high school, or completion of its equivalency, and three years of office/clerical work experience; or an equivalent combination of training/experience.

Essential Job Duties

Other duties as assigned by Assistant Athletic Business Manager or Deputy Athletic Director

Departmental Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Three years of professional office experience in a college or university setting.
  • Athletic administration a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Banner a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
