Job Description
Come work with us at The Minnesota Brewers Guild stand inside THE GREAT MINNESOTA GET TOGETHER!!! Like working with craft beer in a FUN-FAST PACED ENVIROMENT then the MN STATE FAIR is the place for you!!!! **Must be 18+ to pour beer**
Our goal is to create unforgettable experiences for our guests. You have the opportunity to create a great experience for our guests at the State Fair. You will get a chance to be in a high-volume, high-energy environment.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Pour beer for customers.
- Serve customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Check identification of customers to ensure they meet age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
- Cash-handling, cashier responsibilities.
- Maintain a clean customer counter area.
- Follow all health and sanitation regulations in the performance of work tasks.
- Communicates customer complaints/concerns to manager on duty.
- Communicates with coworkers and management to solve problems and improve quality and service.
- Completes all other tasks and related duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
- Must be 18yrs +
- Must be able to work a varied of shifts, including holidays and weekends
- Must be outgoing, friendly, courteous, and honest
- Must be able to interact in a multicultural environment with a variety of ages
- Able to work in all weather conditions
