EIG Property Management is seeking a Cleaner to clean vacant apartments, hallways, grounds and other common areas at its apartments. Our properties are located in Minneapolis, St. Paul and surrounding suburbs. Our cleaners are provided a company vehicle and rove throughout the metro (and therefore you must have a clean driving record). EIG has over 30 properties and more than 1,000 apartment units.
Responsibilities
- Clean vacant apartments in a tight schedule before a new tenant moves in.
- Clean hallways, laundry rooms, entryways, grounds, trash collection points, etc.
- Weekly office cleaning.
- Perform some lawn and grounds maintenance including mowing and trimming as needed.
- Perform light building maintenance including replacing light bulbs and other requests made by the area manager or maintenance supervisor.
- Ad hoc special cleaning assignments.
- Document cleaning work, recording information in an app.
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Stock and maintain cleaning supplies
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Skills
- Proven working experience as a cleaner
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
- Ability to perform light maintenance tasks by using tools
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Integrity
- High school degree
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
