Duties/Expectations
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
- Follow a script and engage in conversation with customers to determine their needs
- Provide excellent phone etiquette and customer service during interactions
- Communicate effectively and clearly to ensure understanding of product offerings
- Enter customer data accurately into the system for record keeping purposes
- Upsell additional products or services based on customer needs and preferences
Qualifications - *PREFERRED BUT NO NECESSARY WE WILL TRAIN THOSE MOTIVATED*
- Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Spanish
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets
