Charge Nurse
FULL TIME - Nights & Days
12 HOUR SHIFTS

The Charge Nurse will:
Participate as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team
Will report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer
Will supervise all nursing staff
Is responsible for initiating, guiding, and directing the coordination of services
Function as a resource person
Assumes responsibility for the overall quality of nursing care
Provide nursing care to patients with critical and complex medical and surgical conditions
Teach and counsel patients/families
Three [3] years of clinical practice experience with an emphasis on leadership
A current state Registered Nurse license
A positive energetic professional.
Critical care experience is a plus!
12 hour shift position
