Bachelors in nursing preferred. Three to five years recent clinical experience, previous experience using an EMR in clinical practice or as a nurse informaticist strongly preferred. Critical Care or Maternal-Child health experience preferred. Demonstrates strong change management skills. Must possess excellent communication skills, presentation (instructional) skills, creative problem solving and critical thinking skills. Proficient in MS Office suite applications. Through interviews with clinical experts, physicians, and stakeholders, gathers pertinent data to combine clinical knowledge with technology and analyze current and future state workflows.
