Location: Newark Delaware

Description: ATI Physical Therapy is in need of Front Office Coordinator (Full-Time 33 hrs per week; Glasgow, DE) right now, this occupation will be placed in Delaware. More complete informations about this occupation opportunity kindly see the descriptions. Basic Summary of Position :
Individual is responsible for the general organization of the office inc! luding data entry and maintenance of patient charts and records. Strong computer skills are necessary for appropriate documentation, reporting, and communication. Position requires the highest level of customer service with patients on the phone and as they enter and exit the clinic. The individual must communicate professionally with patients, clients, and ATI employees. Bi-lingual skills will be preferred where client basis requires additional language needs.

Essential Functions :
Ability to maintain a friendly and welcoming relationship with all patients and clients, including physicians, attorneys and nurse case managers.

Ability to accurately follow Front Office daily checklist in accordance with given timeframes.

Ability to clearly communicate with all levels of staff, including clinical and corporate, in a friendly and courteous manner.

Responsible for answering phones and greeting patients per customer service guideline! s.

Ability to efficiently and accurately use office e! quipment, including fax machine, copier, postage meter, and computer.

Responsible for overall creation and maintenance of patient charts, including accurate documentation of phone calls, missed appointments, and filing.

Responsible for daily communication with Corporate Billing Department.

Ability to prepare professional written and electronic correspondence to multiple levels of clients, both internal and external.

Ability to accurately handle monies, and ensure accurate accounting of funds at end of day in accordance with Patient Payment and Cash Handling procedures.

Responsible for maintaining supply inventory as well as daily distribution of supplies.

Maintain all paperwork related to attorney communication for case management.

Schedule new patients and take insurance information to verify insurance information with carrier.

Ability to enter patient scheduling in patient tracking and scheduling syst! em.

Responsible for entering patient information into computer system and ensuring accuracy & completeness of all required fields.

Review physical therapists charge entries in computer system and check for accuracy against daily progress note in patient’s files.

Ability to accurately account for all hours worked.

The ability to maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees; maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that results in a positive work relationship with customers, co-workers and managers.

The ability to build and maintain confidence and credibility with all clients and employees.

Ability to adhere to the Core Values of the Company.

Non-Essential Functions :
Maintain overall cleanliness of clinic (vacuum, wash dishes, water plants).

Provide physical therapy technician services ( cleaning therapy beds, laundry, organizing supp! lies and closets, ensuring safety of the clinic and machinery).
Set up clinic food deliveries.

Ability to run errands outside the clinic as requested by management.

Ability to serve as a patient Driver as needed.

Ability to provide translation services, if bilingual, as needed for patient translations.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills

High school degree, or equivalent

Required Experience

Previous experience in an office environment, preferably in a health related field
