We are seeking a qualified candidate interested in joining our multidiscipline ACT Team to work in collaboration with Psychiatrists, Nurses and Case Managers in a Team setting.
R! esponsibilities:
To carry out rehabilition and support! functions. Assist in treatment, provide substance abuse services, education support and consultation to families; provide crisis intervention under clinical supervision.
Requirements:
Qualified candidate will possess a Doctoral or Masters degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Nursing, Rehabilitation or related field, a minimum of three (3) years clinical/administratve experience in providing community support services to adults with psychiatric disabilities. Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), or Certified Co-Occurring Professional (CCDP) preferred. Knowledge of mental health systems and supports. Knowledge of support systems for substance abusers. Ability to work independently and as part of a focused team. Possession of a valid drivers license with an acceptable drivinf record.
