Our client,the Managing Director of a reputable organization is looking to hire a Secretary.
Work Days: Mondays to Fridays
Responsibilities:
- Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
- Preparing and disseminating correspondence,memos and forms
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Make travel arrangements
- Document Expenses and hand in reports
- Undertake occasional receptionist duties
Requirements
- At least two years experience as a secretary
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS
- Great problem solving skills

Salary: ₦90,000.00 - ₦100,000.00 per month
